Rear 2nd bath plumbing

How in the world is the rear bath toilet plumbed to the black tank?
There appears to be a significant distance between the toilets in several models, (looking at a 40 QBH).
Unless there is a long black tank I don't understand how a proper flushing system could or would work over the long term.
Like I need two of these darn things. Keeping one working properly over the last 6 years has presented enough challenges.
Thx for your help,

If it's like the Newmar rear bath setup, the toilet in the back is a macerator pump model. So it pumps to the normal black tank through a 1" (or so) pipe.
