Rearview Display fading out

We have an Allegro Bay 2010 with a Triplevision camera system.
The dash display (STM-703C) started slowly fading out, so I tried to adjust the brightness and contrast in the adjustment menu.
Still not working right and can bearley see the adjustments in the menu screen. Has anyone had this problem? Calling the MFG. Tiffen they tell me they are no longer putting this monitor in motorhomes. I really thought they would do better sugesting a replacement or at least sending me a replacement since the unit has been in operation for 15 months. (warrenty is for 12)

Display fade out update

I made another call to Tiffin and after talking to Tim Tiffin he agreed that the display unit should have lasted longer than 15 months. He then sent one out the next day....
This is the very best example of customer service.

My monitor started to fade out after about five years. It wound up being the camera in the back of the coach. I bought a cheap $20 video camera on ebay. Made a bracket to mount it in place of the original one. Spliced on a new connector to the video cable going to the front. Still have a b&w monitor but it works great.
