Woodburner we are wondering why your Coach is at red bay. we also have a 2012 TGA and we are camped In California at Pechanga RV Resort. We are from Arizona but are spending Christmas with Our Kids. Do you have something big wrong with your Coach? Outside of a Water Heater that we had to have worked on at Lazydays in Tucson the Coach is a Dream. We hope you get it all fixed. Merry Christmas. I had a list of about 37 items needing attention that Bob Tiffin felt would be better served at their facility.
They've had it for about a month now and until last week kept me up to date on where they were with repairs. (I'm assuming the Christmas crunch put my coach on the back burner for a couple days)
My biggest problem was the finish on my cabinetry and wood work.
I'm not going to go into great detail here; but if they get my list completed in the next few weeks without issue I'll be very impressed with them.
I was blown away that Bob Tiffin called me directly to set things up...He really seems to be a genuinly nice man intent on making his customers happy at all costs.
Only time will tell if it all goes as planned. My fingers are crossed, as we do enjoy our 34TGA very much.
