Remove Access Panel to Engine

I have a Tiffin 33 Red 2018 I was reading another post about a Phaeton and all they did to get to the engine from the top.--I went out to check mine. If the box comes up the screws must be sunk in the carpet. The last 2 coaches I did most of my own work, Like to hear from others that done it ---------Thanks--

I have a 14 33aa Red and wanted to locate the engine access prior to ever needing it. Here is what I did- Lifted the bed up and with a bright flashlight and phillips screwdriver I dug around the edge of the cutout to find the screws. I could kinda see the cutout in the carpet. They are a light brown color which doesn't help. It took a bit of utility knife cutting and a small prybar to get it out. When I put it back I put chrome screw trims on and changed the screws as the one Tiffin uses are a PITA. I want see them when re installed. I have pictures if I could figure out how to post them. There are about 6 or 7 of them. There is also an access panel in the bottom of the floor of the closet but doesn't get you much. Hope this helps!

You can use a strong magnet to locate the screws buried in the carpet.
