Replaced Batteries

I just replaced the batteries in my 2008 Allegro Bus. When I turn on the key nothing happens, but if I use the assist every thing come on and sets up and I can start engine, What's up?

Sure you got all the cables back in the right place?? Take a photo before you started?? Could be you disturbed a bad ground condition too.
