Replacing Carpet with Laminate.

Does anyone have any tips on how to install new laminate flooring around steps?

That looks really nice! How far up the fire wall did you run laminate? Should I leave carpet under brake and gas pedals?
I will try and take pictures of difficult areas.

Okay I'm almost done. What type corner molding did you use to finish top of stairs? Rubber? Wood?
Where did you purchase?

I found a nice bark colored stair tread at Lowe's.

If you have not already purchased the lamanent be very careful to investigate the formaldehyde content. Can be very problematic in a closed area especially if an occupant has asthma. Richard
