How long will the residential fridge run on the batteries and how long does it take the 7K generator to bring them to full charge again?

How long is a piece of string ? You won't know till you measure it.

Honestly , way to many variables to say how long batteries will keep a residential fridge running, using the inverter.
Is the fridge down to temp to start with ?
How many times was the door opened ?
Are the batteries in perfect condition , fully charged to start, how many does your coach have , 4 ? 6 ?
How low was the state of charge of the batteries when the gen set was started and whats the max charging rate of your on board system ?
The gen set doesn't charge the batteries directly , it provides 120 volt power to the coach just like being plugged into shore power , and the inverter/converter/charger, charges the batteries.

Now , if your asking to find out if the fridge will run down the batteries during an 8 hour driving day . Answer is the engine alternator should stay ahead of the load the inverter puts on the system .
If you want to find out if the batteries will keep the fridge running for 10 hours overnight , we have to go back to the number of batteries , their capacity and condition.

I understand fully what you are saying and I thank you for your time. Everything is brand new, still being built. 6 batteries. Just looking for a close number. Overnight i was told 4 hours??

You should make overnight easily, maybe a full 24 hours.

Figure about 7 or 8 AH ( amps per hour ) with ice maker off.

6 batteries will give you about 600 AH. 10 hours fridge time is only 80 AH. Then add the inverter use, maybe 25 AH, along with some lights, so maybe 150 AH overnight.

As Twinboat mentioned in his calculations 24 hours should be possible , I'd think that's why the manufacturer went with the 6 batteries.
Recharge time , again depends on the batteries and their state of charge when the gen set is started. Maybe info at this site below will help there.

FWIW - we have a Tiffin 32SA with 4 wet cell batteries, 7K generator and Domestic frig. We just got back from 7 days of dry camping and everything worked great. We did run the generator for 2 hours in the morning and about the same in the evening. Frig stayed cold and never had any issue of batteries dropping below 12.2 or 12.3 volts. At the same time, l we are not big power users, don't watch TV hardly at all and generally in bed early so no big drains during the night. Also, we do not use the ice maker. With 6 batteries, you should have no issues at all.

We’ve been getting 16-20 hours of generator free boondocking. We run fans, lights and charge our electronics as well as run our fridge. That includes opening the fridge doors several times per day.

We set our Automatic Generator Start to go on once the battery reaches 12v.
