Routine service on a 06 Tiffin Phaeton

I purchased a 06 40 QSH last December. It had 11,500 miles on it and had just been serviced (cat 350 and 7500 gen), for the second year at a Caterpillar Service CTR here in Birmingham. We have put another 7500 miles on the MH and am planning a 3000+ mile trip in late Sept to the NE coast.

My question is when should I perform the next service and should I stick with Cat or take it to the Liberty FL service Ctr here in Bham for both engine and gen service as well as chassis check over.

What all needs to be done at this service

I would also like to know what to expect from a freightliner service center. My coach has 13300 miles and no record of mintenance. I just bought the coach and have an appointment at TAG Freightliner in Memphis to catch up on the maintenance schedule. They told me to bring my owners manual to verify what needs to be done. Shouldn't they know what needs to be done to get on schedule? The generator has 33 hours on it so I don't think it needs service at this point.

The engine and gen are serviced based upon miles and hours or timewhichever comes first. The gen, like the engine and chassis, requires at a minimum annual servicing.
