clifftall, are you sure it's 1/4 ounce per 15 gallons? I think it's 1/4 cup per 15 gallons.
We still have a fresh water fill on our 2005, but newer Tiffins don't.
If I didn't have a fresh water fill, I would use clifftall's method of adding bleach directly to my fresh water hose. However, another method is to make a dispenser from larger diameter (2" or so) PVC pipe. You can calculate the length of pipe you need according to the size of your fresh water tank. Each end of the pipe would need to have reducers to take the pipe down to the size of hose connection adapters. With a hose, attach one end of the pipe to your fresh water inlet. Pour bleach solution into the other end of the pipe, attach another hose to the other end of the PVC pipe, and then attach to the spigot. Fill your tank.
