Scooter Lift

Hello,
Looking for suggestions as to what type of lift I should purchase as I want to take my scooter on trips. I have a 2008 Allegro Bay 37 QDB, and I have a Yamaha 125cc scooter that weighs about 350 pounds.
Looking for a lift that is electric.

Are you unable to walk it up a ramp? If you can do that then a simple platform would be much simpler.

I had one built to carry mine 150cc Honda scooter.

Honda scooter rack

I have the same R.V. that you have. I had the large Blue Ox electric winch Rack when I was carrying a large dresser 800cc. With my age and health problems, I got rid of it and went to a Honda 125 scooter. Great little devil. I personally would stay away from alum. racks. I ordered two different racks and had big problems with both of them and I returned them and bought a steel one off the Internet. I don't have the Manufacturing Company available, as its in the R.V. parked three miles from me in stowage. I think as long as you buy a rack with PLENTY of weight caring capacity (over kill is better than taking a chance for a problem) you will be just fine. I belong to a R.V. club and there are 12 different scooter racks (different) under each scooter. No one except for one guy has had a problem except one Alum. While it carries his 150 cc scooter no one will follow his R.V. in fear one day its going to break and dump his scooter.:

Smile Scooter lift

Thank you for everyone's comments.
I am currently looking at Cruiserlift and Hydrlift. They are both expensive with cruiserlift looking more durable.
My concern is the amount of weight on the back of RV.

Unless you have a tag axle coach (and you don't) both the Cruiserlift and Hydrolift and not a good idea. Before you look too much, go weight your coach and get your rear axle weight. If you have 2-3000 lbs left on your axle weight between actual weight and the axle rating, then you probably could do it. Chances are you don't. The lifts alone are heavy and very expensive.

Versahaul is one of the better brands....see link. I live in Savannah if you want to swing by and try one...have a 125cc scooter and you can see how easy it is to load.

I also use the versahaul but the one designed to put a receiver into the backside of it so I can tow our catamaran behind the versahaul. Easy to load our 125 scooter but it helps to have an extra set of hands to put a couple of the tie downs on.
