Seeking Tiffin Owners Input

We bought an 09 Phaeton 42QRH when we retired and have been loving the life for the past 3 1/2 years. The tag axle gives us great stability on the road and enough room to feel at home. We have taken it everywhere from dry camping at NASCAR tracks to luxury motorcoach resorts. Tiffin has been great to us and builds a great product. If you can you should take a trip to Red Bay and visit the factory... we went there during the build of our coach & it was an incredible experience!

Our only regret with the coach is the desire for more power on the hills (we tow a full size pickup truck with a Polaris RZR in the bed). Tiffin has already taken care of this with a more powerful engine in the newer models.

We've been full-timing our '06 40QSH since Dec 2005. Have had a relatively few problems, but all have been easily handled by the Red Bay service center and Charger Enterprises in Elkhart Indiana. We have been very happy with the overall fit and finish of the motorhome.
