Seriously considering 2004 Phaeton 40RH

Hi, my husband and I are seriously looking at a Tiffin 2004 Phaeton 40RH. It has 57k miles and 251 hrs on the generator. It has been very well maintained. We love the floorplan and storage in this coach. The interior looks/feels like quality construction. It just seem to fit us perfectly.

I have read some of the threads on here from others considering a Tiffin.

Would love to get feedback on the quality, service and reliability of this particular coach.

We are new to using a forum.

Thank you very much!
Margie

We purchased a 2003, 40' Tiffin Bus 400 Cummings last year and we love it. We have had minimal problems with it, most I have repaired myself. You have to expect some problems with an older coach, but you skip the problems people tend to have with new ones. Some new coaches take a year or two to shake the bugs out.
We get 8 mpg and 7 mpg towing a Jeep Liberty, we just returned from a 4 month vacation of the west US, about 7500 miles and can't wait to take off next year.
Good luck with your new coach, there is also a Tiffin Forum dedicated to Tiffin owners.
