shampooing carpet in Open Road 36LA

In my previous motor home I had primarily carpet. I would haul my house carpet shampooer out to the motor home and clean the carpet

In the 2014 36LA, there is only carpet on the slide out and the cockpit. In these areas I cannot use the large shampooer.

I need some suggestions on cleaning the carpet and what machine might work.

Thanks,

Keith

I use Resolve twice a year, it is an exercise to brush it in by hand and then vacuum it out after it has dried but it's worth it.

Thanks for the reply. I was trying to avoid manual labor, but that may be the way I have to go.

If you rent a Rug Doctor or similar machine, they have an upholstery attachment. This will reach where you need to and does quite a good job. I use one on our coach carpet once/year. Also do my vehicles while I have it rented!
