Sheepskin Seat Cover

Just had a pair of sheepskin seat covers made for our AB. Very happy with the product and the price. What a difference in comfort.

I used them for years in my daily driver. They are amazing. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Most people can't believe the latter. I had covers from Rocky Mountain Sheepskin in the last two pickups. If I was able to use my MH more often, I would consider getting them for it.

We installed them on our coach and really like them. As Scotty says cool in the summer warm in the cool weather. We had ours made by a fellow in California at (530) 575-9003

sheepskin cover

Are there many places that you can order these sheepskin covers? i think they would also be good protection for the seats from our dogs ? Love to hear more about these covers.

I got mine at Blondie's Seat Covers 1680 Main Ave. Durango, CO (970) 375-2799 - Seat Covers . What a wonderful job she did. We drove up to Durango to have installed but really easy to put on. Very nice fit and a high quality sheepskin. I would highly recommend.

I have used a piece of sheepskin that more than covers the seat area of the drivers captains chair for over 10 years. Had it in three different motor homes. I also use a small inflatable pillow for lumbar support. Wouldn't be without either one.

An added benefit is the sheepskin seat cover had firmed the seat on the AB a little bit. I have found the added firmness to my liking.

Do you have pics? I might be interested since I need to save my seats from my aussie boy who loves to jump in the captain's seat whenever I'm not there.

Did they have to remove your seats to measure and/or install?

Do not have to remove seats. What I did was send her a couple of pictures of the seats with a measuring stick ala CSI. I don't have any pictures but I Blondie did take a couple so you might want to check with her.

I have purchased two sets of covers from Rocky Mountain Sheepskin over a period of about 15 years. They have been around for a while. May have to look into it again. These are very heavy pile sheepskins.

What's the care and feeding instructions for these sheepskin covers?

Nothing really I have had them on my cars for years. May want to brush them with a wire doggy brush on occasion.

Had ours done from Blondie also. Sent her a few pictures with measurements edited onto the pics. She made them up and shipped to our campground in WA and I installed them in minutes. Fit like a glove. They are real sheepskin on the bottom and back with Faux Skin on the sides. Very reasonable price also.
Much more comfortable to ride on than the OEM leather.
