Sherman RV ?John?

i just read a note that PDI and Walkthrough specialist john was not at sherman any longer.. (on another site)

this is a significant sentence --- if true.

if anyone is there or visiting soon, i, and i'll bet a lot of others would like further ino/confirmation/denial of john being gone...
if another dealer got john,,, they got a real good hire!

for sherman's sake, i hope story is not true! he was a real asset.

hmm... maybe tiffin hired him! hey! i like that idea, tiffin owners from around the country could benefit from his knowledge...

His leaving would be a loss for sue. In fact we had planned on buying our next Tiffin from Sherman and this may sway us in another direction.

He took so much time with us on our first purchase last year. It was amazing.

Give the dealer a call and ask for him. Say you had some questions on your coach.

I called to talk to John about an issue that I was having - and was told that he is no longer with Sherman RV.

When asked why (where did he go?) I was only told that he was no longer there.

"John has left the building...."

John has opened his own mobile RV service, Johnís RV Service LLC 662-871-4870. johnsrvtupelo@gmail.com. I donít think I have ever met anyone who knows more about Tiffin Motorhomes than John. Iíll get more details later.

John

We had the opportunity to meet John as well when we purchased a Bus in April from Shermans. Not only a well informed and extremely knowledgeable person, but also a genuinely nice guy. John will do extremely well in his new endeavor and wish him well.

John left Sherman first, then Carol Koon, and now Jamie Worthey. I was getting ready to give Carol an order for a new Bus she had quoted, next day she was gone. Called and talked to Jamie Worthey he said he would call me back and we would proceed with the order, he never called. I ordered from another dealer.
I think Sherman just fell out of the "Big Three" category.

let's hope we haven't lost one of the big 3...

i bought from sherman. carol was saleslady... and awesome.... from sale through delivery... and dealt with john through delivery.
for nearly 2 days john was doing walkthrough after several days of carefully checking our tiffin. i highly respect his knowledge and manner of doing business.

but, i'm sure hoping that sherman's manner of doing business... great pricing and a great walkthrough are still in place... we will see over time...

competition is an awesome thing... for the consumer... we need them in the mix!

Same story with Jamie, never returned my emails or calls. Was in Red Bay yesterday and then drove to Montgomery and placed my order with Ingram RV. Met Mr. Marlin Ingram as well. Beth took great care of me, exchanged plenty of emails (some up to 4 or 5 a day) and returned my calls promptly. Spent about an hour and half yesterday, got a tour of the place. Highly recommend Beth Morang if you want a sales person who truly believes in customer service.
