Slide off

Have 03 tiffin Allegro Bus. The bedroom slide appears to be unlevel on one side toward the front when extended, the back side is level. In other word the bed is cockeyed and it's on wife side (unhappy). Can I fix this? and if so how.

Not sure if this is helpful for your model/year but two weeks ago pieces of the white vinyl shims/bearing pads that the slide runners rest on fell out (after 15 months of use) leaving metal to metal contact on one end and very slightly unlevel.

As it turns out, Tiffin had a problem with overspray of the sealant coating left on the underside of the runner surfaces that snagged the pads each time it went in and out. If you have seen half-pieces of these laying around at your site, it could be that. They sent me a free kit and the dealer will be installing them.
