slide on allegro bus won't go out

The front passenger slide on our 40 ft allegro bus 2006 won't go out. Any ideas? We can hear the motor turning but no go.

If the passenger side slides are hydraulic you may be low on fluid. Pump is running but not pumping anything. See if there is a leak where that slide motor is in the basement.

Check out the Tiffin RV Network and you will find instructions on how to fix your slides. In the drop down menu in the forum section you will find RV Tech library.

RV Tech Library - Home Page

You will probably have to sign up but it is free.

If yours has the electric on that side it could very well be a shear pin. I had to replace one in my father's Allegro bus, drivers side, some time back. (His passenger was hydraulic slide out)
Once that is repaired make sure it is moving out evenly and the floor gliders and slides are clean, clear and free. The drivers side was right inside the bay door about 3" from the underside of the floor. If you are familiar with snow blower sheer pins it looks close.
