I wouldn't make a trip up to Tiffin to have this fixed as its not going to happen. I continue to use plastic shelf liner under rollers when slides are in and it remedies the marks. Not that big a deal to be honest
Can't get better info or up to date then that. Please tell me what "plastic shelf paper" is? We have 23 other things on the list so we are going to be in the service lot in the first week of March. Good luck with the snow, the Grandkids are supposed to leave CT on Thursday to meet us in FL, they are calling for 12-18 inches Wednesday night into Thursday we told them to pull the kids out of school and leave Wednesday

I have solved my share of this problem. My marks weren't involved with the tile but the carpet. I cut 2-8" strips of FRP, Fiberglass Re-enforced Panel, about 2' long. I slide them under the front rollers as I bring in the slides standing on them until the rollers are on top of them. Luckily I have enough wing span to do it myself.

I am in Red Bay right now with the same issue with our coach. Black marks were removed with a polishing compound, rollers were adjusted. The rollers still leave black marks even after being cleaned. I was told several times that Tiffin is aware of the problem and is looking for a composition for the rollers that won't leave marks. Right now they are not replacing any tiles or rollers (for this problem), not until they get rollers that don't leave marks. I expect there are a lot going to be changed then.

Hmmm...I guess it might help if I put the link in here somewhere! I ended up not having the issue with my new Allegra flooring, but it's what I was planning on using.

What kills me is that we spend real money on our rigs to have to NR fixes. Some of the comment coming out of Tiffin aren't expectable, ie. we will replace the tiles but not the rollers that are causing the problem or they are trying to develop a roller that will not leave marks. I have off white ceramic tile and when I bought my phaeton it came with 6 spare tiles, did they know something?

They give extra tiles with every mh they make in case yrs later you break one and need one. As you know tiles come in lots and frequently get discontinued just like the ones in your house.
