Slideout problem

We have a 2012 Tiffin Allegro Open Road. The living room/dinette slide has never dropped down so it's flush with the floor when its in the out position. Is it true that this is an issue with 2012 units?

We have a 2011 and ours drops down so things are even. Don't know what to check or tell you how to fix the problem.

my 2012 isn't completely flat either, but always goes in/out the same each time, so I think that was the way it was designed. Hasn't been a problem, so far. I've never had a RV I thought was perfect no matter the mfg. They all seem to have to many moving parts, even popups have some quirky things about them and they are about the most basic RV. Just be glad that Tiffins seem to hold together bouncing down the road better than most. Dave
