Splendide 2000 not working
We recently purchased a 2004 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40 QDP. We love it!!!
However, the washer stopped working. Did a load, took out clothes and shook them, put half of them back in and reset to dryer setting. Nada. Zilch. Would not come on. I tried turning it off for several minutes then starting a wash cycle. Nothing.
I suspect (hope) it's only a blown fuse. But cannot locate the fuse panel for the house fuses. Can anyone help me find them? (I'd dig out the manual, but my better half buried it in a bin in the back of the car and I'm lazy on a Sunday afternoon!)
Thanks in advance.
Mel

The circuit breaker/12v fuse panel is located under the refrigerator on our 2006 Phaeton

IF you are hooked to 30 amp shoreline versus 50 amp shoreline I suspect your system is doing as programmed and doing a load shedding operation. That is it will actually turn that circuit off.
If you can program your battery charger via a panel turn the charge down to about 20%. Place your refer on Gas versus auto or electric, and make sure your water heater is on gas versus electric. If you are running two AC's you may need to turn one off. The energy management system may monitor ongoing current and actually limit your total usable power to about 25 amps versus the 30.
If you are on 30 amps, turn the pole breaker off for a couple of minutes and back on so the EMS systems begins to monitor the average use again.

Thanks for the reply. We have been on 50 amp shore power every time I've used the Splendide. When I run it, I make sure the microwave and ACs are NOT running.
We have a energy star rated residential fridge and the hydro hot water heating system. The hydro hot works on either diesel or electricity - no propane involved.
I checked the panel under the fridge, but nothing is indicated for the washer. Think I will just replace all fuses and see if that takes care of it!

Ok, when on 50 amps the load shedding is not in operation.
There are no Fuses associated with the washer other than load shedding which are buried in a box.
Either use a voltmeter to check the outlet or run an extension cord to bypass the outlet to see if it comes alive.
