Do your steps retract when you close the coach door? IF so, you will need a technician to look at it, if not, then the fuse may be located near the steps as it is on my 1987 Southwind.

Fuses can be in many places.. First is the switch that keeps them from retracting turned to the position that allows them to operate.

now, one of the places you find step fuses is the Battery Control Center if you have one (Mine is an Intelletec BCC). I can not say the other places they hide them.

Also under the steps.. Find all connectors, Disconnect and re-connect a few times.
