Strange request - please identify bulbs in 05+ headlight assembly

Hi,
I have a very strange request. We have a 03 Phaeton that had front end damage and the lower portion of the front cap was replaced with the front cap off an 09. Nothing in the headlight assembly is connected and so I just need to know which bulb does what.

It's suppose to have this one (and had the cable harness that matches this):
TIFFIN PHAETON 2004 04 RIGHT PASSENGER FRONT HEAD LIGHT LAMP HEADLIGHT RV | eBay
which I believe had (going left to right) parking light, turn signal, low beam, high beam)

but now I have this one (and harness doesn't match so I have to manually connect each wires - mine's off an 09 but I believe everything since 05 has the same 'pattern'):
TIFFIN PHAETON 2008 2009 2010 RIGHT PASSENGER FRONT HEAD LIGHT LAMP HEADLIGHT RV | eBay
I believe the top row has low beam, high beam but I'm not sure if there's a bulb in the outside part (orange - maybe turn signal) and what the two lower ones are (maybe turn signal and parking light if outside is just reflector (don't have mh at home yet so haven't looked)).

Can anyone with an 05+ (ideally 09) Phaeton confirm which bulbs do what in the assembly?

Thank you very much,
Mike

p.s. if anyone cares to see what an 03 looks with an 05+ lower front cap (below the windshield - I still have the 2 piece glass), I'll post pics soon (not finished though, won't get repainted until the spring)

Did you do a search by the DOT Code? Should be on the lens.. Might come up with a wiring diagram since most of these lights were actually made for other cars/suvs/trucks.. Give it a try. Find out what it was originally made for, then google that vehicle's wiring diagram..

Right off the bat, however, I would say the Outside Orange is a Reflector, Bottom Orange is Turn/Running, Upper Outside is Low Beam Headlight, inside upper is High Beam Headlight. Not sure what the Lower Inside light is.. Daytime Running Light maybe?

In case anyone else ever needs this info, I got a response in another forum and it looks like my old ones are probably 00-06 Tahoes and the newer ones are 07-12 Tahoes but I'll confirm with Tiffin Motors.

-- update
I was wrong about the old ones (Tahoes had 2 rows of lights). These ones might be from a 97-05 Chevy Venture but I'll confirm and update

That's perfect. Thanks.

(Didn't even think of looking for DOT code but I'll check for that too when I get to the motor home (which isn't stored at my house))
