Tiffin Allegro Breeze Exhaust High Temperature Error Code

I own a 2012 Tiffin Allegro Breeze Class A motor home with an International 6.4 liter MaxxForce7 rear diesel engine. On a return trip from Idaho to Western Washington I experienced an engine check light and an exhaust high temp light (only occasionally when the engine was loaded). I have had my mechanic attempt to solve the problem. However, after replacing some components including an exhaust back pressure sensor, he has been unable to clear the exhaust high temperature light. My mechanic suggests that I may need a current ECM software update to provide a more accurate view of outstanding issues. I have contacted International dealers, identified by International trucks customer service, in my area and they say they will not work on motor homes. How may I obtain an ECM update for my motor home?

Call Tiffin or check their web site for current authorized Power Glide service centers or take it to Red Bay, depending on where you are located. They built the chassis so should be able to update you.

The International dealer in Bellingham, Washington, told me they will work on my 2011 Breeze 28BR (same engine as yours).
