Tiffin Allegro VS Wayfair design challenge.

Have been seeing a lot of aging data looking to size down after they sized up. And was thinking, a 24 ft Allegro would appeal & compete more than a tricked out 24 ft Wayfair.

Stay on the 22.5 tire and go to the smallest chassie, and make a kick but turning radius. Then they can keep the toad.

It makes dollars & sense in a production at scale to lower the number of part numbers rather than raise that #.

Aging cognitive ability, would be delivered confidence, in something that overbuilt. At a price point this customer is used to.

The challenge would be, who could deliver the best floor plan for 24 feet?

If we are not crushing the competition, we are not doing it right., It is like one up on the super C crowd, much respect.

It is as much about access, as it is about design, at that size one can get back into local destinations & gas stations.

Talk to Tiffin Marketing, not us. Tiffin sold an Allegro 30 ft gas model for years and dropped it when demand slowed down. 32 ft is the current smallest Allegro, with the Breeze (diesel) also at 32 ft. The Class C Wayfarer is the shortest they make at 26.5 ft.

Lots of good floorplans available on the Sprinter chassis. Winnebago sells 4 different ones. I suggest you spend some time on the web looking at what is available. I'm not too worried about Tiffin since they probably still hold the number one spot in sales volume of diesel coaches.
