Tiffin Building their own windows, Can legacy swap out?

Something I am hearing nothing about this new division? Being very subtle, will these windows be available to legacy?

As a 36LA prospect, count me in for a window upgrade.Double pane please.

I don’t know why you think this is a separate or even new division. Tiffin has made their own windows for years.

And double pane are exclusive to the diesel lines, not available on the gasser models.

Gassers get 1/4" thick glass which works almost as well as double pane. The new style Tiffin windows made their debut in the 2013 Bus and migrated to the 2014 Phaetons. The Allegro REDs, the Breeze, and the Allegro Open Roads use the 1/4" glass.

Since the windows are made for essentially two models, sizes available would be pretty limited if you wanted to retrofit to another coach. Get your tape measure out and see what you come up with.

BTW, they are great windows.

Tiffin made windows is new to me, makes sense tho, they make enough coaches to support doing that in house. Not real high on my to-do list, but nice to know.

Kinda surprised Tiffin didn't go to all frameless windows in the lower lines mentioned above for 2018. They do look really sharp.

All Anderson & Kolbe & Kolbe in my place now, so I do like good windows. I'm a contractor and install a lot.

Frameless windows have been used in RVs for over 10 years. They may look good but ventilation is horrible. The glass covers up the frame so they are not really frameless.
