Tiffin Red
The wife and I have recently seen a couple of Tiffin Allegro Red coaches at campgrounds and they seem like nice coaches. In talking with the owners, I never remembered to ask about the walking space to get to refrigerator and bathroom, when the slides are brought in. Is it fairly easy to fill fridge and get to bathroom when slides are in? (There is plenty of room when slides are out, giving the coach a nice roomy feel.) Can someone comment on that for me? We do not live near a Tiffin dealer so we cannot see for ourselves. We are making a list of coaches to choose from as we are looking to move to a DP in the near future.
Thanks in advance.

Generically speaking, the wider the slides, the less walking room you have when the slides are closed.
I've not measured it, but we can get into bathroom and refrigerator while travelling. It's obviously tighter and not huge, but we spend more time with the slides out than in, so I prefer the wider slides.
On a lengthy trip now and have 5 adults travelling, hasn't been a problem.

We have a 2016 Red QBA with 4 slide. You can easily get to the refrigerator and to the bathroom. We are very happy with our decision to purchase our Red one year ago this week.

No issues on space
We put in about 40 nights per year in ours, just heading out this weekend for a trip through Utah, Flaming Gorge (oh yeah), Wyoming, Devils Tower, Mt. Rushmore, and Badlands. It's a great coach for our family - 2 kids and 2 dogs.
On your question, it's no issue at all for us. As others replied, the space when slideouts are retracted is manageable. There is a pinch point at the sink/hallway area, but the dining area is right there and that alleviates any constriction. Again, no issue at all for us.
Safe travels, -Scott

I agree. It's easy to access everything. If you are stocking the refrigerator you may want to kick the front passenger slide out a few inches. We are totally happy with our Red.

We had a 38QRA RED with a bath and a half and there was no problem at all getting to the fridge and the half bathroom when the slides were in. The rear bath could be accessed by crawling over the bed.

2016 Tiffin Red 38 QRA
We love our coach. There is enough room for my wife to get back to both the fridge and bathroom as we're going down the road. Plenty of room to open the fridge and get food as we travel. The layout was different at first ( having to turn sideways to watch ) with the tv being over the fireplace midcoach and another up front, but its actually worlked out quite well. When we sit at the table and chairs we each have a tv to watch. Often on different channels. We have the 360 hsp / 3000 Alison combination and tow a 2004 Jeep Liberty easily. Plenty of kitchen counter space along with interior storage.

I too will add that we have had no issue with the access. We did however remove the doors to the Bunkhouse and replace them with a curtain. The bunk house will get HOT if the doors are closed and passing the open doors with the slides in is VERY TIGHT, even with the slides out it is a bit constricting, Much better now. We just wrapped the doors in moving blankets and stored then up in the attic.

We have a 2011 RED (34QFA). We feel we have a lot more room and inside storage with this coach over our previous 2005 Pace Arrow (37). Now as far as accessing the frig and bathroom with slides in, let's just let it go at it's manageable if your waist size is 38" or less.

In our 2010 RED 38QBA, a 4-slide model with bunks, we have no issues whatsoever (with all slides in) in getting to our 4-door fridge or to the bathroom. For us, floor plan is everything.
