I've been an owner of a Tiffin since 12-2008. I thought I registered correctly so that I would receive the "Roughing It" Magazine but have not received one yet. How do I correct this problem?

If you've filled out this Registration Form, you should be set up to receive the magazine. I believe it did take me a while to receive the first hard copy issue. I believe I had read in one of the past issues, a comment about cutting back on the frequency of the mailings as a cost reduction measure during the industry slowdown, but I don't recall the details. I do know the postal distribution is 40,000 copies so I'm sure it costs Tiffin a chunk of change to mail the magazines. It wouldn't surprise me if they go entirely electronic copies soon.

While you are waiting for your subscription to begin, if you'd like to look over back issues, you can go to the Download Page and get an electronic copy of any past issue you'd like.

Guess a wild guess but did you purchase a new rig from a dealer? My dealer arranged all of that paperwork when I closed on our rig.

If you purchased from an individual Tiffin may not even know you made the purchase.

Just in case you didn't get or fill out the request form here is a link were you can do it electronically.

Hope that helps

Thanks for the information regarding my subscription to "Roughing It Smoothly". I found the url with the back issues. For my 2 cents worth I would rather receive my magazine via the Internet. I would like to be informed when it is viewable online. That way it doesn't have to be forwarded to my location via my mail service. A search mode would be helpful as well. I know my brother-in-laws old issue #? had an artilce about visiting Amish communities which I'm interested in and it looks like I'm going to have to pull up each issue until I find it.

Again, thanks for your answers.
