I took the tour. I thought it was a great way to see how they make various models. They are very good about answering questions.

I have been twice and could go again. Each time I learned more about how they are put together. I took many pictures of a build like the one I got back in 2009. They have come in handy over the years. So many things are hidden after it is finished.

We went in Oct 2013. Very much impressed with the quality of their build and how open they are on the tours. Our coach was being built at that time. We were given total access to watch every detail of our coach being built. I took several hundred pictures of construction points of our coach. Totally reassured us that we made the right decision in picking a Tiffin. We couldn't be happier with our Allegro 36la.

Grandcanyon--when we arrived for the group tour, we explained that we had a coach in the build process, and it had begun a few days prior to our arrival. A gentleman asked for our build # ( note: keep that # handy). He went out in the factory, found where our coach was, then came back and got us so we could watch the end caps be installed. They are SO GREAT with their customers! We rejoined our group for the tour, and when we arrived at the point where our coach was once again, he told everyone it was ours. We were the only ones with a coach actually being built in our particular group. It was a very cool moment, as everyone clapped and congratulated us.
Everyone that possibly can, should really do the tour. A very memorable experience for us.
It's our second new coach, but very much feels so much more 'ours'.

My wife and I took the tour last year. We were very impressed. Don't ever see myself in anything other than a Tiffin. First class operation.

We are planning on traveling to Red Bay at the end of March and was wonderinghow the tour works? Can we spend the night at the plant or at a campground near by? How long is the tour? What can be seen on the tour?

Red Bay Tour

Hello! Maybe you have read my posts I was just in Red Bay in December watching my rig being built also I took the full tour! As most have written the plant tour is something that you do not see that often now a days, everyone was very kind and helpful, the workers wanted to know if I had any questions on my rig it was wonderful, as a matter of fact my rig should be completed this coming week and if possible my wife and I will go back to Red Bay this week to see it completed what a way to start 2015!!!! If you get the chance please go and take the tour you will be glad to see US workers at their best!!!

The campgrounds in Red Bay are all oriented around Service customers and can be pretty full depending on when you get there. First of March might not be too bad but call Tiffin for some help and locations where you might stay in Red Bay. Outside of Red Bay things get easier with several Corp campgrounds not too far away.

Tours are daily, Mon-Frii except for Holidays, and I'd be there by 8:45 am(Main gate at the Red Bay Assembly Plant).

Flight to Red Bay? Try Memphis, Nashville or Birmingham--all 2 hours away.

I just live an hour from Red Bay, and have never taken the tour. That's something I really need to do.
