I suggest contacting Tiffin for the answer. This has always worked for me.

Email service@tiffinmotorhomes.com or speak to a customer service representative at 256-356-0261

Tiffin has had some problems with the front caps breaking the windshields. They will replace it at their cost if it is determined that is the cause of your windshield breaking. You may have to take it back to Red Bay, AL to the factory to have it repaired right.

You can read more about it on the Tiffin RV Network.

front cap and windshield cracking and been recognized by tiffin....
best bet is a trip to camp red bay.... you should also have them check your coach for tank floor, slide floor and wall/roof cap issues....
another "issue" some coaches are having.....
looks like osb board was used instead of marine plywood or real wood on some coaches.

When you pull into Red Bay a guy comes to your coach and automatically checks for cracked roof rails, rotted wet bay floor and rotted drivers side big slide floor better known as " the big three". Certain year coaches have one or more of these. Tiffin replaces free of charge within 6 years of original purchase. Read more about it on the tiffinrvnetwork.com.
