The site is indeed up and running. Some of the problems that users are having are related to DNS pointers. Whenever you enter a url, such as
www.tiffinrvnetwork.com, your computer checks the Domain Name Servers to resolve that URL into the IP address for that site's web server, then sends you there and connects you. Whenever a website changes a physical location, such as moving to a different server, it gets a new IP address. The webite admin then changes the DNS to look at the new IP address but it takes a while for this information to propogate across the web.
However, this is a multi-stage process and the old IP address is typically cached (or held) in your web browser. That way you don't have to go poll a DNS server every time you want to return to that website. The time that this cache is held in your browser can be minutes, or weeks. It varies. If you're still looking atthe old IP address you won't get into the new site.
To verify this, simply enter the IPaddress of the site into your browser window. Enter
http://67.228.78.144 into the browser and if you get the
www.tiffinrvnetwork.com website that way, but not when you enter the URL, then you need to clear your cache.
To clear your cache in Internet Explorer click onm the "Tools" menu at the top of your browser, then select "Internet Options" from the pull-down menu. Under "Temporary Internet Files" select the "Delete Files" box. A prompt window will pop up asking if you want to delete all offline content, select this and click on "OK". After it's done (it may take a bit) close off your browser, then re-open it. Your cache has no been cleared.
To clear out cookies follow the same basic procedure except use the "Cookies" box instead.
