Toilet problem

Hello to all you RVER'S AND FELLOW FULL TIMER'S! We have a 2018 Tiffin Open Road which has two toilets. The rear toilet is equipped with a Tecma by Thetford, which has a permanently installed macerator. We have had some problems with flushing , but I have been able to too handle these. A few times the pump sounded as if it was running but not moving anything. problem started to not flush, and there was a clicking noise like a clinoid not sending a signal. Upon inspection I found what looked like a clinoid with two wires connected to a hose behind the bowl. Heedless to say returning the two wires after unplugging them was almost impossible.
I went through all the suggested button pushing and even found what appeared to be a reset button behind the two button flusher panel, but no fix.
If anyone of you folks have experienced this problem, and can give me some info, or what I can do, please do. Thanking you all in advance, Bill.
