TV booster missing?

I'm a new member. We just got our brand new Tiffin Allegro 2017 32SE 2 days ago. We've been looking for our tv booster with the dealership and can't find it.

The CABLE/ANTENNA switch is set at ANTENNA and the light is red..?

Can someone help? Thank you!

Look in the cabinet over the co-pilot's seat, or in the front over the co-pilot's seat for a switch plate like the black plate on the left side of the attached picture. Welcome to iRV2.

That is the booster. When the switch is on and the light is red the booster is on. When you shut off the switch it is on cable and the booster is off.

Ranger is correct. Red is booster for the antenna and off is for cable.

In my 2013 Phaeton 40QBH the tv cable booster is stand alone in the cabinet above the windshield in the right end cabinet. Just push the button to switch on/off. Pilot light is red for "on".

Thank you for the picture. There's only a duplex receptacle with a tv plugged in. No tv booster.
