TV Distribution

We have a 2013 Allegro 36L. There are three tv's in the coach and one down below which I just attempted to hook up. Before I connected the TV down below, everything was working perfectly. The coach has a tv distribution system with 1 hdmi connection going to each tv and 1 component connection (3 video cables and 2 audio cables) I have the hdmi cable connected to a comcast dvr. I have the component cables connected to the directv dvr. The three tv's display each dvr on a different input source. However when I connected the cables to the TV down below, it knocked out the hdmi comcast dvr to all of the tv-s. However, by just disconnecting the hdmi cable from the tv down below, the signal came back to the 3 tv-s in the coach. I don't think it is a short in the system because the short will continue to knock out the 3 tv-s in the coach even when it is not connected to the tv down below.
Any ideas. Appreciate any thought or testing I might do.

Thanks,
Bob

Check to make sure all the HDMI cables are fully plugged in and that none are broken. I have a 2013 40QBH and the TV and DVR connections are all jammed into a space way to small. They changed the setup in the 2014 and on models. If you have to bring it to a dealer, take a picture of all the wiring before hand, it may pay off
