TV Sound not working

2014 Tiffin Allegro 31SA
Just activated DISH receiver; after hours with DISH RV Tech, reception is working, but I cannot get any sound on any of the three TVs. Have TV menu audio option enabled, no mute activated. Anyone experienced this?
One receiver services all three TVs (bedroom, living area, outside). The Surround Sound system that is hooked to DVD player works.

Also, cannot get the XM/Sirius Radio to activate on the JVC in-dash radio. The unit recognizes the XM/Sirius unit ID #, but when trying to activate the signal from XM/Sirius, nothing happens ("cannot acquire signal"). Any help here appreciated too

I had a similar problem with my 2014 36 LA but only couldn't get sound on the mid TV. I tried everything and the service tech at my dealer tried everything also. He finally called Tiffin and it was a switch on one of the HDMI boxes was set wrong. This box was behind a panel in the wall behind the sat receiver. My receiver is behind the bedroom TV. I never would have found this switch.

Very helpful if dealer cannot figure this out! Amazing what you have to do to get everything to work in these coaches! TV sound was working prior to Dish receiver being out in, but some connections might have been changed
