What year and model of coach? There have been reported issues from a few years back of a batch of defective upholstery material. I understand that Tiffin has been replacing most of it.

I have a 2010 model RED. Both my driver and passenger chairs, as well as the sofa, are failing. Can you confirm if Tiffin is willing to repair outside of warranty? If so, I may be heading to Red Bay.

You will have to call them yourself with your VIN to see if yours is in the period of bad upholstery.

Tiffin did not repair my delaminating sofa. They had flexsteel send me new upholstery to have it recovered at my cost and convenience. Better then nothing since my coach is way out of warranty. Again not Tiffins fault that flexsteel furniture quality has deteriorated.

Absolutely! Our recliner and the separate footrest both have major flaking on the piping. Sent an email to Tiffin Service over a month ago with VIN and Coach ID but haven't heard a thing.

There are three types of people. Those that can count and those that cannot.
