USB Port Problem

My rig has two USB ports, one on the dash for the driver and one next to the co-pilot's chair. It no long seems to work and the blue light is out. Any suggestions on how to fix?

USB ports operate at 5 v, not 12 v, so somewhere there is a voltage reducer. It is probably protected by a fuse. Check the fuse panel for a burnt fuse. Not sure where the reducer is tucked, you might look behind each USB outlet.
