Using Chromecast on Smart TVs

In areas where no wifi access, I want to play Netflix movies stored on my tablet on one of the smart Toshiba TVs in my 2016 Phaeton. Has anyone successfully connected Chromecast to TV to do that? Do the Toshiba TVs have an available HDMI port I can access? Or, is there a way to plug the Chromecast into the AV system in that rat's nest of cables in the master bedroom cabinet containing the cable box & DVD player?

Perhaps the question I am really asking is: How do I get to the back of the TV (because it is flush mounted to the wall?)

Chromecast requires an internet connection to function. I tried same thing to stream movies from a media player while on the road.

I have a passport pro worked 3 tb hard drive. It creates it's own hot spot. I have movies and TV shows on it. It has a media server called twonky. My Vizio tvs can connect to the he and steam the media. This is what we use when boondocking with no internet service.
