Valve for retractable steps

Valve for retractable steps. 4A-AA2-DFEA-1BA
Found that the valve constantly vents air out of port A, the steps work fine but curious about if this is normal and is there a rebuilt kit available.

Shouldn't be venting except when operating the cover. Don't know about rebuilding. Try turning the speed adjustment screws, that may remove trash caught in valve. Post results please.
