It is FACT. The last available appointment date was 9/30/2013, NO appointments were made after that date. I was there on 9/23/2013 and had one of the last appointment dates. My repairs were completed on 9/25/2013. As I said in my earlier post this was discussed extensively on the TRVN Owners website, I suggest you go there and search their forum for the Tiffin Owner's reactions .

There are no appointments, but there are express bays for work estimated to take 3 hours or less. Maybe that's the reason they seemed to be getting moved to the front of the line. Those people can usually get in within a couple of days (depending on how busy they are) whereas other work (especially work that takes special equipment) can take a week or more to get in for service. Waits for body work and paint are especially long.
