Water filter '11 Breeze

Does anyone know how to change the water filter on the Tiffin allegro breeze 2011, 32 feet? Can't seem to loosen it up to get it out. Also, there is this wall in the way. Thanks!

First off, it is a standard sized water filter housing and second, you should have a water filter wrench lurking about in your wet bay somewhere. If you can't find the filter wrench, you can get one at Lowes or Home Depot.

Your water filter housing may or may not have a pressure relief button on top of the housing. If it does and with the water off, push the button. If it doesn't, just turn off the water and open a faucet to depressurize the system. Put the wrench on and loosen the housing. Once loose, you can just unscrew it by hand.

If you are not using an external filter system, the filter is a standard combination (particulate and carbon) filter that you can get almost anywhere - including Lowes and Home Depot.

The wall you refer to is a piece of plywood covered in fabric, if you remove the rubber seal from the perimeter of basement locker you will expose 4 screws. Remove these and it will allow you to remove the plywood, this exposes the area around the water filter and should give you plenty of room to unscrew it. As posted above there is a red pressure relief button on top of the filter and mine came with a filter wrench that was in the same locker as the filter.

Regards
Dave
