Wayfarer Owners - a few questions.

I have a couple of questions for Wayfarer owners.

First, we finally made our decision and ordered a new 2020 RW.

First question: Have you been able to run both your AC and your microwave at the same time. We use to have a 30amp toyhauler and that had a switch where we could only run one at a time. I don't remember the Wayfarer having a switch, but do realize running both at the same time is close to max amp draw. What has your experience been. We ordered the heat pump, which draws a bit more than just the AC unit.

Second question: As the mattress is thinner and a bit smaller than a standard queen size, do you have any problem keeping a mattress pad and fitted bottom sheet on. Since the RW is a Murphy bed, I am wondering how well the bedding will stay in place when it is raised up. Are there any tips for keeping it in place and tight. I'm wondering if we'll need to modify the bottom fitted sheet or add some elastic.
Any tips would be appreciated.

I haven't had seen issue running both at the same time while on shore power or with the generator running.

As for the mattress, RV short queen sheets and blankets fit fine. That said the foam is so thin I'd compress down to the board when on my side. We ended up upgrading our Matthews and adding a foam topper to boot. I have a BW so I don't know how the mattress differs or not though from yours.

Enjoy your new rig!!!

Best,
-Mark
