Weird Noise inside coach

We have a 2014 45LP Allegro Bus. We have this noise "sounds like a train whistle on a train in an amusement park". It goes on and off at random. Always between 4 and 6 am in the morning...then randomly during day. We have tried turning off everything...I mean everything...it does it when NOTHING is running....
Any ideas?

Could be pressure relief valve on water heater leave the heater off tonight. Rkl

Not sure how you are going to leave the water heater off since you have AquaHot in the Bus, but that does bring up a good question - is it the AquaHot diesel burner lighting?

Adjust the air inlet on your aquahot, when it first turns on if it is not adjusted it will make that sound.
