I love my 2016 Phaeton, but am discouraged (actually angered) by sub-par (huge understatement) Dealer warranty service in California. I attempted to find alternatives in NV & Western AZ, but both dealers on Tiffin website are kaput (why wouldn't Tiffin keep website current)?

Red Bay is an interesting option, but avoiding a multiple week, 3500 mile round trip would be preferred.

Any referrals to qualified, reliable RV repair shops (for warranty and non-warranty) in Southwest US appreciated.

We just finished a week in Red Bay. Got lots of stuff done by both Tiffin and Thirds parties. Exceeded expectations. However, we were already making a trip from San Diego to New Jersey so included the RB activities stop.

For oil changes, filters, Genny service, etc we have used the Speedco at Casa Grande Arizona with good results. We get over that way usually a couple three times a year and include a stop for services.

Jim Smith is a Tiffin west coast service rep. Contact him (Ph: (951) 966-8641 Email: jim4tiffin@hotmail.com) and he will provide you with a list of Tiffin authorized service providers in the southwest. For the most part these are RV repair facilities, and not dealerships.

Mike's RV in Santa Rosa, CA is an authorized Tiffin Warrantee Shop. They are fantastic. I'm on my second Tiffin and they have solved all my issues seamlessly. Mike and his staff are easy to deal with. The first rig was a 31SA and from Happy Daze RV in SACTO. I may have accidentally misspelled their name because they were in a daze while prepping my rig for delivery. Mike fixed everything the first time and on time for our first big trip.

Affordable RV in Newcastle Ca. Great reputation and they do Tiffin warranty work.

Have you called Jim Smith? He knows all of the Tiffin authorized repair facilities in the south west.

Mike Thompson RV in Colton, CA is a authorized Tiffin Repair center. I have bought parts from them but never had any service done therefore can't provide a valid recommendation. I was authorized by Tiffin to get some work done with Mike Thompson but decided to stop at Red Bay for my repairs during my trip from SoCal to home in Ohio.

I would call the Tiffin rep that Bob recommended and avoid Mike Thompson's. I bought my last coach from them, the Colton store and the service department was pitiful at best. No PDI done by them at all. They sent me home with the rear inside dually completely flat, and a bank of dead house batteries. And that was just to start.......
