We've joined the Tiffin club!
We put a deposit on a 04 Phaeton yesterday. Once the inspection is finished (assuming it passes) we'll close. We're both excited and a little nervous. 1st RV.
Would anyone know where we can get a Tiffin brochure and spec sheet? Tiffin site only goes back to 05.
Also. what might be a good source for insurance?
Thanks, Jay

First things first --->
There's been a 'rash' of folks lately that are starting out at the 'top', like yourselves. We started with a tent in 1974, our first RV was an ancient travel trailer we purchased about 30 years ago. Our journey to a rig as nice as yours was a few decades.
Tiffin has a very loyal following. We owned a Tiffin gas powered motor home for a few years. The folks here: Tiffin forum site may be able to help you find anything Tiffin specific that you're looking for. Of course you'll want to keep stopping in here too. Most RVs share common systems, all made by a select few manufacturers. Our membership is also much larger, your questions, comments and contributions will find a bigger audience here.
And hey, WE WANT PHOTOS! We love photos, and my motto is: "No photos, never happened".
Happy trails...

We statted out with a 24' Class C. I remember thinking how big it seemed. Now we have a little 29.5' Class A and it still seems big. As I reminded my wife just today, you have to remember not to cut the corners. (literally)

As far as insurance goes. The top of the list would probably be, in my book, National Interstate, Nationwide, forget Progressive........
FMCA is having some discounts on insurance with GMAC.. Could be more than 17%. I just saved $400 on my coach and toad.

We jumped off a cliff today
We ordered a 2012 Phaeton 40QTH from Dixie RV in Hammond, La this afternoon. Started with a tent trailer, a couple of fifth wheels, a Class C, and lastly a 2003 Bounder 35E Class A. Selling the Bounder to some friends. We can't wait till September!

We are ordering a 2012 Phaeton 43 footer today. Ordering it from a dealer in Memphis. Trading our 38 foot Monaco Kinight pushed. We have been full timing for over 4 years. This new rig will be great with the extra space. Can't wait till September. We have had tents, tent trailer, travel trailer and 3 previous motorhomes. 2 were Tiffins.
