What discount on a 2015 Phaeton?

What discount would you expect on a 2015 Phaeton? Campers Inn in CT. has a 40QBH for $320k.

Just my opinion but this is one of the more popular coaches. Coming into the major sales season. I would be surprised if you could get it for less than $310K. You might be able to do better if it were January but probably not now.

You both have a lot more money than me. I bought an Entegra Aspire 45' for $252K. I got 33% off, another dealer counter offered to let us have it for $247K. These RVs are marked up 40-45%. By the way, we bought our Aspire last March 29th so the dealers are Really wanting to move these out.

I forgot to mention our Aspire is a 14 Model fresh out of factory last Feb. Just Saying, one more thing, don't act excited act like you are willing to walk away! And do so if you have to, there are lots of dealers out there

Email Davis Motorhomes in Memphis, TN and Sherman RV in Sherman, MS. These two dealers are consistently ranked as the lowest cost and best service of any of the Tiffin Dealers. Typical discounts start at 25% off.

It's getting pretty late in the season to find a 2015 equiped how you want it sitting on a lot somewhere. You might be better off ordering a 2016 coach "just the way you want it".

That is the MSRP or even above, get a MSRP from Tiffin , add the options the dealer has listed....320K sounds high to me....in any event, take the final number and subtract 24% to 28% and that is where you should be. 24% or better should be with a trade and 28% or better for cash with financing thru dealer....
Like mentioned before, if you are not above driving a bit, Davis or Sherman is the place to go. When we bought ours, we could not get away at the time or I would have driven to them. I couldn't even get out to RB for our build....
Also keep in mind that 2016s are being built now so that is a model year old before you drive it off the lot.

Thank you to all. I will check both, Sherman's and Davis after I talk to Campers Inn in CT.

Best discount is to buy a used one. A lot of people buy rv's of all kinds and for various reasons wind up not using them very much and they really depreciate a lot. Dave

Today I talked to the sales rep at Campers Inn. I told him that I was talking to dealers in LA and MS, they offered 23% off list. He said they would match their 23% and more if necessary. Got some thinking to do. Thanks to all.

23% is not enough. Hold out for more given end of 2015 year.

I agree, I got more than that even with a trade....are you trading? If not they should be closer to 30%, with the 2015 year models, especially if they arrange financing as they make $ on that too.
5% of a 320K list is certainly worth a drive down south

Campers Inn is not known for the best deals. They seem to be one of those dealerships that will sit on an rv for awhile to command a higher price.
I agree as a leftover no trade you should be shooting for 30% off MSRP and expect at least 28% !!

With that MSRP and Tiffins mark-up of 40% compared to Entegras Mark up of 50% from invoice, $245 is fair for both parties. (JMHO)
