what is this mount for

I just got this 2011 Allegro Breeze and found this mount on the roof.
does any one know what it is for?

They are the sewer vents, Black & gray tanks.

That's not a mount. Those are the vent pipes for your black and gray tanks.

They are probably vents, BUT

I also looks like it could be part of a hinge for a swing up amatuer radio antenna for the low bands.

I've never seen the mounts up close (but I want to), but I've seen pictures of some 43ft vertical antennas that lay flat on the roof when traveling, but swing up when stopped.
