what is this mount for

I just got this 2011 Allegro Breeze and found this mount on the roof.
does any one know what it is for?

They are the sewer vents, Black & gray tanks.

That's not a mount. Those are the vent pipes for your black and gray tanks.

They are probably vents, BUT

I also looks like it could be part of a hinge for a swing up amatuer radio antenna for the low bands.

I've never seen the mounts up close (but I want to), but I've seen pictures of some 43ft vertical antennas that lay flat on the roof when traveling, but swing up when stopped.

There are not any dumb questions unless they are not asked. No one has all the knowledge concerning their MH or anything else, the beauty of these forums is that someone can answer the questions that are thrown out and all benefit from the answers.
