What's missing from this AV cabinet?

I bought this coach used two months ago. The AV cabinet is clearly missing some component. There's a number of cables that are loose in there, and there are two coaxial cables that are coming from some sort of antennas. Maybe from the Winegard dish on top of the coach and the in motion satellite dome. When I hook up to cable provided in the park the TVs do work. In that case the sound comes through the TV and not through the coach sound system. When I play the Blu-ray with a DVD the sound does come through the coach sound system, which is awesome! Also, the dash radio plays through the coach sound system. I'm thinking that maybe the missing piece is a dish DVR receiver, or the DirecTV equivalent. I'm not sure if this equipment comes with the coach new or if it's something you have to purchase when you subscribe to dish or DirectTV. Or was there a better piece of equipment that somehow tied everything into the coaches surround sound system? Another clue is the HDMI switch shown in the picture below. There was this used one and a brand new identical switch in a box. I have no idea what they were for. If you have a 2014 Phaeton or similar coach, I'd appreciate your thoughts.

My guess would be the DirecTV box.

You're missing the Satellite Receiver.

What you have are two coax cables from the roof antenna, Sat 1 and Sat 2 as well as one from the tripod connection in the electric bay. The other cables are component video and HDMI for the satellite receiver. Tiffin does ship the units with a DirecTV receiver, but if the previous owner registered it they probably kept it. You can purchase or lease a receiver. If you are a DISH customer, then the Wally is a great receiver and uses RF remotes instead of IR. You would just need to change the dome antenna to receive DISH.

For the sound to come through the BluRay player surround sound, you may have to go into the TV speaker setup menu and select optical output in place of the TV speakers. At least it's that way on our 2015 with LG TVs and LG BluRay.

The HDMI splitter shown is a replacement for one of the units in the cabinet to the left of the where the cables are. There is a finger pull at the top that opens the cabinet door with the fan and there are two splitters inside, one for the BluRay and one for a satellite receiver.

Looks like you have a blu-ray player/HTS and the control box for the Trav'ler satellite dish (a good thing). Do you know if you have a Dish Trav'ler or a Directv Trav'ler? That will determine which sat receiver you will want to get.
