Looking for a new or slightly used Phaeton. Where in the SE is the best dealer with the best service? Damon has sort of disappointed me.
Where did you guys buy and would you buy another one from this dealer?

Even though we are from the northeast we bought from La Mesa RV in Tucson. Although I generally have little use for RV dealers and their service, I'd definitely buy from these guys again. Even though I do all my own maintenance, I would not bring the rig to any one else but the Tucson branch of La Mesa if I needed something done I could not do. All branches of La Mesa are NOT created equal.

DeMontrond in Houston has absolutely the worst service of any dealer. It would be great to hear of good service from a selling dealer.

Since you live in the southeast, (IMO) there is no better service than the Tiffin repair facility in Red Bay, AL. You can drop the coach off and come back when it's done, or stay in the campground to wait for it. Most of the time you can get in without an appointment in a week or less.

Have purchased from Lazydays and not impressed with their service. Present rig was purchased from La Mesa, in Sanford Fl. This location is close to me...one reason I purchased from them. Their service does fine, but there is no body or paint service there. The best service I have received is Red Bay...without a doubt!

Hey Doc,

Hope you and Ms. Carol are well. We bought our Phaeton from Suncoast RV in Cocoa FL. They have dealerships in the Southeast. I would suggest you contact Tiffin or go to www.tiffinrvnetwork.com and get on the site. Lots of good info on the forums and a section just on dealers. I know they have a very good dealer in NC with an excellent reputation, just can't remember the name.

Be well, Mike & Janet

Just got back from Red Bay and they did a great job. Our dealer, Vogt, in Ft. Worth, TX, was no help at all and wanted to charge for work that was under warranty.

Bankston MH in Huntsville, Alabama Treated us great with the best deal we could find. Tim McCaffrey was a great salesman.
