The good news is I think you would like either.
A little more room is always appreciated, but smaller will get you into tighter spaces in state parks easier. Of course we are not talking much difference here so I'd likely pick the larger of the two.

Hi
We have a 2011 Allegro 32ba, love it. Lots of room and no problem getting into any camp grounds or state parks so far.

they will come down on price, times are hard for them now. we purchased our phaeton in june. I started out 40% below their price, I ended up 31% below MSRP. All said so get the one you want the first time, some people trade within a year you will lose in that deal. good luck and enjoy dont park and look at it in your driveway.

We started out with an 03 Allegro Open Road 26 1A with one slide and found out that was too small fast. We now own an 06 Allegro Open Road 35 TSA with 3 slides and are very content with it.
Go with the largest with the most slides you can afford.

I agree with Jon, providing the floor plan is as suitable. Stretcher bars don't work very well on these things.

I have had the 32 BA for over 2 years. The only drawback is the shower is very small. Also not much kitchen counter space.

I have a 06 Allegro Bay 35 ft andlove it. The size has never prevented me fromstaying at any state park. I have two slides, and a large shower. I love the rear closet also.

Have a 2006 32 foot Alegro BA. Love the size as several older State Parks that I have visited got really tight! Overall a good trade off between room and flexibility.

In spite of the numerous threads asking about any 'problems' associated with a bigger rig, I don't remember any complaining that they bought too big a rig.
We really enjoyed our 34TGA. We did look at the 32 before purchasing. That extra couple feet gave additional storage, just to name one advantage, that seemed greater than you might expect out of only 24 extra inches. We also felt it more 'livable', with the dinette, rather than a table that had to be put up or taken down, depending on your needs of the moment.
Either is going to be a great coach. It's a matter of function and utility.

We have an 2008 Allegro Bay 35' TSB and it's floor plan is very similar to the 34' TGA. I would recommend the 34'.

Don't know if you have bought yet, but there is a technique that we were taught that helped us make our last motorhome purchase decision. Bring some personal items (a couple of cook pans, a computer maybe, etc) and tell the saleman to leave you alone for an hour or two. Then pretend to live in the coach. Stand in the shower, sit on the commode, sit and pretend you are watching tv, pretend cook and eat - you get the idea. Do that in the two coaches and you will get a feel for which suits you better. Good luck.

Well we just bought a 2011 Allegro 34TGA. We took our shake down cruise in it this past weekend and I just love the layout. We've had a Tiffin before so we know you can't go wrong. Not perfect, but pretty close to it.
We have 2 big dogs: golden retriever and flat coated retriever so we're very happy with the extra room.
If you are planning on spending much time in the coach the extra room is important.
Enjoy!
