Window Effects

As I look at coaches for sale from time to time I see ones with the paint graphics carried through the exterior windows, on what I assume is an applied see-thru treatment. So my question/request for opinion is... Is this factory or aftermarket? If factory option - cost - have never seen it listed buy MFG as option? Anyone with this option care to comment on visibility outward. Like/dislike. Special care? DW thinks it would limit/ruin outward view, I think its a lot like dayshades as far as viewing, just permanent.
Your take?

I've only seen it on coaches that might appeal to first time buyers. Not sure how it is applied but it could be a material like window tinting film.
